We had a nice younger man named James help us figure out how to get what we wanted. He was a no pressure kind of of sales man but took our happiness very seriously and did everything in his power to get every detail perfect for us. The entire crew was wonderful. I don't remember James' s last name but I think it's fieke. (He is the newest James there, and worth seeking out) Best Dealership in Alaska! Connor and James Grubb were extremely knowledgeable, and fit me with the car of all my needs! The hospitality they have for their clients makes you feel like family, and they truly care about you! I can’t even express how thankful I am that I had them to assist me, and I ever need a new vehicle I will always go see them! I recommend that if you are looking for the best vehicle shopping experience ever go see Connor and James! George Fox displayed excellent customer service. He was honest about the possibilities and he really worked hard to get me the best deal. He served in the military like myself so he knew how to relate to me and I could tell he genuinely cared about my car shopping experience versus trying to get a safe. I was hesitant about buying a car by myself, but he knew exactly what I wanted and worked with me until we got the best rate possible. I love my new car and I'm glad he was my salesman. Ill definitely recommend him to other people. They should be ashamed of their service department. The service manager should be embarrassed. Over 6 weeks now, and requesting the recall parts 3 separate times for my wife's car be ordered, nothing. No one follows up. It's a RECALL, I shouldn't be the one doing the follow up! They better pray the parts don't fail, or they have an awesome lawyer. Anchorage Dodge needs to take a good schooling from Tacoma dodge. Makes me also question their techs. Just give me the part and I'll do it myself, at least I know it will get done right. I'm almost embarrassed for this joke of a service department myself. Had a rocky start but the staff stepped up and got things done! As a matter of fact, Nick went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
