I've been a customer of Speedway Cycles since 2008. At that time I was new to biking and had visited 3 other local bike shops. Greg @ Speedway Cycles was the only one who took the time to help me through my initial newbie questions. I've purchased multiple road, mountain, cross, gravel and, of course, Fatback bikes from them. The service from Tim and all the guys and gals has been spot-on. I can't thank them enough for their continued prompt and friendly service. Thanks! Speedway Cycles has been my go-to for years. Every bike I've gotten has worked well and lasted longer than intended. If I have any issues, they go the extra length to take care of it on-the-spot if they can, and if not they get right on it. I've never been without a bike for very long waiting to get it back. The owner and manager are avid riders which really shines through when discussing bicycles or upgrade options. My latest bike is a 22" Corvus (the first carbon fatbike frame in my size!), and it's been a blast to ride in the summer with a 29+ wheelset. I couldn't be happier with the bike or the service that got me to the point of owning the Corvus. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Perhaps most important, is very active in supporting the community. Great experience every time I visit this bike shop. Started coming here for Fat biking parts and advice. I been riding a FatBack Corvus since January and could not be happier with this bike. Great in the snow and on the single track trails in the summer!!! Staff if very friendly and mechanics knowledgeable. Staff is all great to deal with, whether you're a repeat customer or a first-timer. The mechanics and sales staff are very good to deal with. I've also had questions after buying which they've answered and/or troubleshot free of charge. Pretty much everything you want in a local bike shop.
