Was fitted and bought a road bike with all accessories. I absolutely love the bike!! Took a fall, bent a gear and took it in to be checked. They didn't charge, fixed it and did a quick tune up. Taken it back since to get checked out before riding season and again, they looked it over for free while we browsed. I love Specialized and recommend this shop! Great shop with knowledgeable staff. Have a wide variety of parts in stock and organize great group rides for the community. They got me back on the road fast smart and friendly thanks Went in wanting to spend around X amount of money on a bike and the store rep helped me find a bike that would fit my needs a lot better for half the money. I have always felt like they care about helping every time I've been in there. Haven't been in a bike shop in years and was a bit intimidated, all for naught. Everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful, even though I had some stupid questions. Look forward to coming back again!
