I tried countless times to reach out to receive just a quote. I even tried to schedule an appointment to receive a simple quote. I faxed in my pup's records. Nothing. I gave it maybe 3 months and ended up back at square one with a local vet in Anchorage. I really wanted to work with the vet here on base but I didn't even get a call back. Horrible customer service and it seems they didn't even care. Great service and friendly staff. Prices were very affordable compared to counterparts off base. They always work hard to get my pet seen the same day that I call. The receptionist is amazing there. Just as sweet as a peach. Service is timely. Can't beat the cost. Easy to register pets and update them on vaccines. Prices are good, and staff is awesome and really cares. Can be busy even with appointments. They always take care of us. A couple blunt explainations some times. But they take care of us, and it doesn't seem to be all about the dollar.
