The ad clearly states 24 hour access. There is not 24 hour access nor does the website state the gate hours. When I contacted the facility I was told by Best Storage Security that the gate hours are 7 days a week from 6am-10pm. Can you please explain then when I show up to access my storage unit at 7am the gates are not open. They need to put the gate and office hours on the website. You would think that would probably be pretty important info for a customer to have. And if there is NOT 24 hour access it should be stated clearly for the customer. This is very important info when making a decision on where to place your belongings. I feel as though the website is extremely misleading. Which does me no good now after signing a contract and putting my belongings here at this location. Really nice people and even wemy payment was late because I forgot they were awesome and kind!! Neat and clean we have our tools there so easy access Received great customer service, which is important to me. Fast, friendly staff, also quite informative. Appreciate the truck services for the one time pick up to the storage unit free of charge, but if you go over the 2 hours there's a $50/hr charge so be mindful. Very clean, access days and times are great too. Happy camper here. Excellent service
