My wife and I have been storing our bikes here for the past 3 winters. We bring the bikes to them in the fall, winterize them right there in the parking lot. We take the batteries and keys and they tuck them away for us. They even put covers on if you have them. It's nice to put the bikes away at the end of summer and not have to worry about them all year. We call in the spring and the bikes are waiting for us out front when we show up. Good honest people, good prices. Absolutely unreliable. We called a week in advance, which is directed by their POLICY, for them to have our car ready for pick up when we fly into town. Took a taxi only to find that it wasn't outside and their office closed.
