The speed limit in the park is only 15 mph. This is the main trailer park and the office is located here via the second entrance. Now; there is a second Southwood Manor trailer park with one entrance/exit with the address of: 9599 Brayton Dr. It sits after Cozza Dr. and before the main trailer park off Brayton Dr. Nice community and people. Very respectable It is what it is! It was OK Called asking basic questions and was snapped at and made to feel like I was not good enough. It's a mobile home park for goodness sake!
