I just walked through the park the owner verbally assaults me a local and then threatens me with calling the police. I explained I'm disabled and I had no idea of what he was talking about. Local bussiness, local hatter. Do not rent from this business they hate locals. And are lucky I did not personally file harassment charges. I saw cocaine on the ground must I say more This place is the biggest dump I have ever seen! They are always having power problems and never fix the problem! People are plugging extension cords into neighbors box if there is power to it.Used needles all over the ground and in the bathrooms. Owner is a Slumlord! This place is a real dump! THE WORST in the state! The manager, Kurt is extremely rude, and will look you right in the eye while he lies to you. The location is a very high-crime area - nights are filled with drunks and crack dealers screaming in the street. They are NOT the cheapest in town as they claim either. I agree!!! Kurt is a real piece of work. I would rather sleep in the back of my truck
