This is a very clean park compared to other parks in Anchorage. We have rules in Penland to keep the park safe and clean. Residents like living here mainly locations. Everything is across the street and all walking distance. Huge mobile home park that's kept neat and clean. Seems a pretty safe place to raise children. Environment looks nice, however kids will bike on the roads that cars pass by. So drive with caution. Lame park to live in plus a lot of thefts plus unsolved murders I live here. Its great
