Ticket was booked on Horizon via a third party. Once I realized the third party was just a middle-man, I wished I would have known I could book directly via Horizon! While the third party was mostly useless (information they provided to Horizon was inaccurate or missing) Horizon did a good job of getting me sorted, and car was shipped to Alaska with no issues. Staff in Anchorage getting car was particularly friendly.
