I've been taking my dog here for 4 years. We board here, get groomed by the groomer here and come play at daycare at least once per week. Caring staff, 24/7 monitoring for boarding dogs, fun outdoor/indoor play space and self-service baths! The staff are AMAZING. We love it here and we depend on this place to take care of our pup. NEVER AGAIN!!! From the time I walked in very unorganized, lost our appointment and groomer wasn't there to speak to. 5 hours later our dog came home with cuts and razor burn all over her tummy and groin area, and when called to inquire about it they were STILL VERY UNORGANIZED AND UNINFORMED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! Very impressed with boarding! We will definitely use them again for boarding our dogs. They were friendly, got my lab in on no notice, and did a great job grooming. It would've been five stars easy but they charged over 2x what I've ever payed in multiple states and locations for a bath and nail trim. I guess it's somewhat my fault for not asking ahead too but they should be used to gauging people so a heads up would have been nice. So just be prepared for the cost and if it's okay with you this place should be perfect. I love it, I bring my dog here every time he needs a bath. The staff are nice and helpful if needed. They have every thing you'll need, all i do is show up with my dog and i'm out in under 30 minutes. GREAT PLACE...
