i highly recommend this cab service :) i forgot the name of the driver but once i told him i lost my phone in one of their cabs he let me use his cell phone, my phone was recovered, the driver said it might be a lil while till he can drop it off, but i'm still glad he found it and is gonna return it. Such accommodating service, makes you feel like you're family I called and set up a cab for 0800. The cab showed up promptly and was clean. The driver Abdi was very nice. The thing that really stood out to me, being a lady alone, was that each time he dropped me off (went on 2 trips) he waited to leave until I was in the building. Great customer service and made me feel safe. If I can give this company negative stars, I would; especially for the phone operators who are extremely rude (answers phone with rude voice; raises their voice viciously when they cannot hear you through the phone; hangs phone up mid sentence; etc). Highly and I really mean HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this company. Do catch a Uber for the sake of yourself!! Last night i c allex fro. My srorage uniit. A Nd they never showed up again...i my phone and bback up ded Had to call last minute for a ride to the airport. Easy call to dispatch , on time pick up and smooth ride. Angelo, our driver was great.
