I haven't had any issues with the drivers but the dispatcher is so rude. I said "thank you" when she told me the cab was on the way and she replied "Mm." In the most condescending way. Not sure why I deserved that but good job on deserving 1 star. Never shows up. Rude dispatch. Totally Unreliable. Use Uber Got to my house quickly. Polite driver. Took most direct route Thanks. If I can give them I zero, I would. This is without a doubt, the WORST cab company I’ve EVER called, and the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER had of calling a cab company. I called the cab company, which took a VERY LONG TIME for them to arrive, and then the cab driver was being VERY rude and told me to get out of of the taxi, which I didn’t ever get the liberty to drive in. Maybe he’s a racist, who knows! But I will never call Yellow Cab ever again! They lost a customer for life, due to a IRRESPONSIBLE Yellow Cab Driver who neglected a customer, due to racial profiling. Lyft and Uber will outlast yellow cab, due to TERRIBLE customer service by Yellow Cab. Long story short, I will never call yellow cab EVER again, and they lost a customer for life! You should reconsider who you send to Galatea Drive, because the cab driver you sent should be released immediately! What kind of cab driver tells somebody to “Get out” without an explanation! That’s VERY rude, and that cab driver should be released immediately! Not only did the driver that arrived at Galatea Drive lose gross profit for the business, they also lost Yellow Cab a customer for life. Blame the Yellow Cab driver for being SO rude and RACIST! Anybody who is reading this, I recommend ORANGE CAB! They arrived prompt, friendly, and curtious. Scheduled pick up on base 30 minutes early. Ride didn't show. Called them back, and I was told 5-15 minutes. 30 minutes later, no ride. Called again, they can't get on base. Would have been nice to know an hour ago. May miss my flight...
