He even offers day packs and water, along with bikes and helmets. There are several bike options, including a trailer to pull along a little person. We enjoyed our chatter with Pablo almost as much as our thrilling bike ride along the water, right by mama and baby moose! Say hi to Pablo for us please. Pablo was fun and a pleasure to deal with. He made sure my family had a great time. My daughter crashed on the trail and could not ride Back. Pablo came out in the rain to drive her and my wife back.some older reviews said the bikes were older and not in great shape. All bikes are brand new as of May 2017, we did a 22 mile ride and they were great. I highly recommend! Staff was very educated about bicycles and Alaska. Staff was very attentive to your needs. They would not let us leave until we were comfortable with the height and our ability to maneuver the bike. Very professional, clean, and trustworthy. Highly recommend. Excellent service, brand new bikes in great condition. Pablo is wonderful and goes out of his way to be helpful. Loved our experience with Alaska Pablo's! Staff was fast, helpful, knowledgable, welcoming, and fun. They took the time to get our bikes customized for us and helped orient us to the local trails. We spent three hours on the Coastal Trail and loved it - the route was well-maintained and had beautiful views in every direction. This was a highlight of our visit to Anchorage!
