First off I would like to say thank you too Mark and his friendly staff. I have never shipped a vehicle before so I was a little worried about my SUV as well as what kind of service I was about to receive. As I walked into the office I was greeted by two staff members with a smile and also with the knowledge of knowing my truck was coming in. They took care of me so quick that I thought the process was going to take longer but it didn't. They gave me all the info I needed to receive my truck in Tacoma. I just wanted to say thank you for making my experience very comfortable and worry free. I will make sure all my friends know how well I was taken care off. Thanks Again Used em twice. Lit okie Family owned since 1951, an Anchorage standby. They take care of your vehicles, a quality shipper with helpful staff. Wrightway auto Carriers are crooks. They damaged our car in transport out of Alaska and refused to take any responsibility for it. I took pictures of the door that looks like it was slammed by a forklift when it arrived and was still on the carrier truck, also I did a walk around the car video when I dropped it off at their yard in AK and they still took no responsibility saying that scratches were noted on the inspection. the inspection was so illegible that you can barely read it, done by a guy who barely speaks english. I sent them the video showing the door was in great shape but completely ignored me. These people are crooks, do not trust them, go with the other carriers even if you have to pay more! The worst service, some don't have any idea of what they are doing.
