I paid over $15,000 and they packed our possessions but NEVER sent them. We had to pay two other companies to take shipments from them so we PAID DOUBLE and had to contact the police and investigative agencies. It took over 110 days to get our possessions thanks to their fraud. We're still trying to get our original $15,000 back that they refuse to refund. So, now we have engaged the police, the BBB, the Department of Commerce, the Attorney General, and banks to try to get our stolen money back. We are missing very expensive items they didn't ship. The also broke several furniture items with poor packing. They showed up and forgot to bring ramps and two wheel or four wheel moving dollys. The have lied to the BBB, the Police, the Attorney General and they refuse to refund our money since we had to pay two other companies to take the shipment from them and send it to us. Worst moving or commercial service of our lives. Buyer Beware! It's a scam... Kept demanding more money after they took our stuff and it's been over two months and still haven't gotten our stuff... Do not deal with them... Update- We are now dealing with the Attoreny General Office to deal with this scam company... Had to report them to federal agencies. They are going out of business. We used Ability Moving for our move in August 2015. They were extremely efficient and fast! They absolutely hustled to get us moved as fast as they could and did not damage a thing! They treated our belongings as if they were their own. I will recommend Ability to anyone that I know that needs movers. By far the best movers we have ever moved. Thanks a million Billy! My experience with ability moving was awesome , I had three days to move from anchorage to soldotna & ability was there for me last minute with affordable prices, Excellent customer service & I recommende that you call ability moving for fast services !! I just have to say the guys were great & they moved pretty quick & they had the manners to remove their shoes I've never seen such manners for movers cause the last movers did not show the respect ability showed towards me & my family. Thank you ability for such great service !!
