Good service! Love these guys! Efficient and professional. Moved us from Alaska to Arizona without a hitch. Lazy. First and foremost. Obviously it depends on the crew and the team leader you get, but the guys we got were lazy. I am a service member and was at work while they moved our boxes in, and I believe they took advantage of the fact that my wife was the only one home. She told me that they took 15 minute breaks every 45 minutes, complained about how heavy the boxes were, didn’t reassemble anything, stating that they couldn’t find the parts box (I found it! It was sitting in the garage, right next to the car-door, with nothing on top or around it). They didn’t even move half the boxes into the house; they just set them in the garage. And of course not a single box was opened and unpacked, which is written into the contract. I called the gentlemen whose number I had been given as a contact by the moving company in Juneau (a branch of this same company) and was told that someone else was my item manager, called him and told a third gentleman was my point of contact. After finally reaching him, he said he’d send the same crew out the following day to finish reassembly and finish moving boxes but my wife was afraid of the guys coming back and being upset we had them brought back so I canceled. Once I got home from work, I had to assemble bed frames, my 150+ pound marble dining room table, and move the boxes from the garage into the rooms they had written on them. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, and if I had paid for this service directly (the government paid for my move) I would have taken them to court for how little contractually obligated services they fulfilled. Laziest people dont use this company worst people customer service. They are the worst!!! Lies on top of lies!! They lack customer services skills and the communication even from the owner is crappy!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
