Not happy what so ever with the service I recieved here today, I'm extremely unhappy with how rude the lady was that helped me and how she gave me no resolution to the problem I had... I have a lot more rude and unkind things to say but I'll just keep it at that. Hopefully I'll never have to go back to this location in my life! So this place sent me a collection notice everyday for 6 months when the unit was on auto pay. The GM Steve Womack started a second unit in my name somehow and billed me for that too. After I had enough I went there to clean out my unit to find a lock on it saying I had not paid. So I had paid for two units for months by there error and still they locked me out of the one unit I did use. In speaking with Jasmine at the front desk she "say what they did here" but never once apologized or offered any kind of help. The did take the lock off of the unit and I did get my stuff so I guess that's a freaking plus. Go somewhere else! We just rented a unit from Steve and had a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend Steve and this U-haul to anyone looking for a great storage unit in Anchorage. They are very helpful with the questions of packing, and great customer service. Very professional and efficient peronnel. Clean storage units. I love it that they have a recycle area for boxes along with donation center inside the storage unit area. Had a wonderful experience!!!
