Prompt, efficient, very reasonable pricing; helpful estimate by owner was on-the-nose accurate to actual move time. Owner made extra effort to get us the storage van we needed rather than the larger, more expensive van we thought we needed. Outstanding customer service, friendly and fast but careful. Small locally owned business. I've used them several times for both small commercial office moves and for my residential move and it went great. if I could give this moving company a "0" star I would. This company has the worst service ever. Very unprofessional! After damaging my couch, the worker got the nerve to say "its cheap and pleather" Then later denied about damaging the couch and said it was already there; then claiming that he pointed it out to me before shoving it out the door. Which never happened! I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! you're better off moving it yourself. The OWNER believe that the Customer is ALWAYS WRONG and is not willing to take responsibility. After all the proofs and witnesses, it was not enough. How does these people sleep at night after damaging peoples' property and constantly lying about it. The men who came out to help were excellent and moved everything in a timely manner. Please do not trust this company to move your things. I have been trying for over a month to get a quote out of them and no one calls you back. They came out and assessed my items and every time I called they were supposed to be getting me a quote and confirming a date and I eventually had to go through someone else due to a plain old lack of response.
