The workers are very nice and work hard... Dropped off my car and they were so busy but were very polite to me They told us it was shipping 10 days before it actually was going to we made plane reservations that couldn't be canceled And was very rude Very poor customers service, can not even get a hold of anyone all, left thousand of message but never return any called. My business is transporting vehicles and I've used Campbell Boyz Trucking for the better part of 7 years now. This is a tough route due to weather conditions which may account for delays and negative feedback. However, Shay and Dustin have always been upfront and easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I prefer to transport our vehicles via truck as opposed to the boats because they are more personable and less problems and regulations. Good mom and pop business! unprofessional, no communication, late, I get it that the route is rough, but there is no communication at all , if you don't call, good luck finding out when your car will arrive and expect one excuse after another. horrible , will never use this company again, btw im still waiting for my car that is 10 days overdue
