Dr.Kim is awesome. Has always taken care of my needs and handled some very serios diagnoses with the utmost sensitivity and care. Recommend him to everyone i know looking for a Dr. It's unfortunate that some people may have had negative experiences here but I personally thought the staff was very friendly and the doctor was down right pleasant to work with. I would recommend this place to anybody. You just need to have a realistic expectation for time. I got in around 9:40 and left at 11:10 but given the fact they are fairly busy I think their system was very efficient. DON'T GO THERE. They made it very difficult to be seen. Unhappy with service. They told me while setting up the appointment if I'm there early I might be seen on time. Didn't feel welcome I don't recommend. Go to Patients First Medical way better customer service and they are welcoming. Dr. Lord saved my life years ago by attending to my medical needs while recognizing I was just a scared patient and needed explanations of what was going on with me and support. I've had Dr. Julie Robinson and Dr. Kiera Conway. Robinson was great and I loved Conway. There was one time there was a doctor that did not go over and beyond like all the other doctors do. He was just adequate while all others were superb. That's the worst thing I can say, which means this place is almost perfect. I've never had a problem with billing. Staff is always friendly and accommodating when I come in The lines at check in go quick and it seems like it's a great place to work. I like being someplace where the employees are happy. It makes for a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Medical Park for all you do. they won't take medicare and medicaid and refused to see him, ???? but they weren't rude about it, just they won't take cash either
