I have been a loyal customer of Scan Home for years. The staff consistently provides great customer service as they listen to what I am looking for & the price range I am working within, showing me options, letting me look around, and giving me the space to make my decision/s. The delivery personal are always so friendly. I have purchased a variety of furniture from kitchen counter stools to beds & mattresses and each piece of furniture has been of excellent quality, beautifully designed, & very comfortable. One last comment: I worked with Dee on my last purchase and she was wonderful throughout my whole shopping experience! Rodney was my sales person and made the whole transaction feel like I was chatting with a friend. He set up the delivery and removal, wrote down the fee's on the contractor's card, made sure I entered the kayak drawing. The other staff was helpful while I waited for Rodney to get off the phone, offering beverages to myself and my friend. Oh, and I found the couch in the color and style I wanted and a terrific price. Jackie was wonderful to work with! She helped us to find our dream couch. Jackie kept us up to date with the progress as it had to come from overseas. We were ecstatic when the couch came in ahead of schedule. The delivery was smooth and efficient. The deliver men were on time and true to schedule. Scan home is our favorite furniture store in Anchorage! When we walked in we originally thought we would not find anything there. Then we walked to the back of the store and found the perfect dining room table we had been looking for as well as barstools perfect for our place. Sales rep was great, no pressure. We stopped here after looking at all the major furniture stores and finding nothing. So glad we stopped in. I just made my first purchase here after many trips in the store. The service is great. The furniture is some of the best quality I've seen in Anchorage. I have that feeling I will buying here many more times by the time my home is fully furnished. Highly recommend!
