I had been looking for a small, quality file cabinet. The one I found, at this wonderful store, is mahogany, 2 drawer - wide and deep. I've had it 3 years and love looking at it in my den; awesome piece of furniture. This place is on Arctic, around the corner from the main Bailey's. It's not the nice, open store you're used to, but the deals are amazing! If you are looking at a particular piece but have to have it at a discount, check back here occasionally and you may find it here at up to 50% or more off the original price. Delivery is done by two vendors. I've always used Pressed on Time - their rates are great and do a fantastic job (you can even pay with a CC). Furniture is insanely expensive in Alaska so I frequent this place to check out their stock. Very friendly staff, especially one older gent who often chats me up, and pretty good prices considering the market. I won't likely ever buy furniture anywhere else. This is a place that gets new stock weekly and you have to stop in if you are looking for something specific style wise, but you can't beat their prices. Have purchased furniture from them multiple times. Good quality without the pressure to purchase. There is a reason this store has better reviews. Kenny was very friendly and informative. I had to lay on almost every bed before making a decision but he hung in there with me. I liked that he didn't push for me to get a more expensive bed. Instead, he wanted to find what was right for me and I appreciate that service. I put my bed on their 25% down 30 day layaway and I'll be back to pick it up in a week or so (:
