Pam Trengrove was awesome! I came in to buy a twin mattress for $79 and left with two twin mattresses and a living room set. She did a fantastic job leading me to the right living room set at the perfect price which lead me to make a decision right then and there. Main reason why I came back and bought from Bailey's is because my first sectional that I bought when I came to Alaska had some issues 6 months down the road and they took care of it! Was going to buy from Ashley's but found out that Dave Cavett the owner monopolized the Alaska furniture industry with the majority of all furniture stores owned by him and not to mention that customer service doesn't mean anything to his company and his employees did a good job talking all the smack about Bailey's. Bailey's is definitely a good choice for furniture and mattress needs in Alaska! Low quality products for high quality prices We bought a couch and chair set for $1600 a little over a month ago and they have already started falling apart(the arms and backing are made of cheap paperboard and the cushion seams ripped almost immediately). We notified the store manager and they are going to replace the crappy components but it will take 2 weeks. So for the time being we are using camping chairs in our living room.Save yourself the time and money and shop somewhere else. Sales staff that I dealt with were fantastic. Got bunk beds twin over a full with the stairs. It's a good pine wood and a good looking product. Picked it up and received 2 sets of twin slats instead of twin and a full. Not to big of deal but I didn't notice till I got home so partially my fault too. My problem and for the lower review comes with the assembly. Who wrote the instructions. A 3 year old. Would be better off not having any. Then all assembly but the slats requires a Allen wrench which is included. That is a joke it is a 1.5 inch straight shaft Allen wrench. Unless you have a vise grips to grab it it is worthless. I would think for the price a usable Allen wrench would be included. And for adjusting the height you have to take out double sided Allen bolts which screw together so you will need a second Allen wrench for that. Samara, our salesperson is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She will listen to what you want to see and ask questions that pertain to finding what you're looking for without regards to her commission status. A nice bonus is when you buy 2k worth of furniture you get a Mountain Bike, which we donated to C.O.P. S., an organization for fallen Police Officer's Children. Always helpful. Nice stuff.
