Great, inexpensive place to buy furniture in Anchorage! Earl Twillie greeted me as soon as I walked in and I showed him the colors I wanted and he lead me to some very nice couch selections that matched my needs, and were within a reasonable budget. He's very polite, and the rest of the staff is all smiles. The store is very clean and organized which also made it great shopping experience. We had gone to other furniture stores in town and not found what we needed. We found it with Ashley and the help of Travis. He's super helpful and courteous. We are so happy with our new furniture. Theo probably thinks I'm the easiest customer on the planet. Literally. I walked in, pointed, and purchased; he just happened to be closest to me when I said I wanted that piece of furniture. What he doesn't know is that I went to every store in Anchorage (including Ashley) and I've been searching for months for what I wanted. The people at Ashley were helpful rather than pushy, and they left me alone to look for what I wanted. Theo made the purchase super easy, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes, which is huge for me. Bought an awesome couch from Ashley's! Super comfortable! We came in close to closing but Earl stayed late and helped us out and gave us outstanding customer service instead of turning us away. Our new couch came with a great warranty and overall just an awesome experience. It's hard to find great customer service. Go see Earl, he's your man! We had a very good furniture shopping experience at this store. We moved from the lower forty eight on an airplane, so we needed a lot of furniture. Their prices were fair and competitive; their staff made suggestions and then gave us some room to make decisions; they delivered what we ordered in new condition; and their furniture delivery staff was professional and tuff as they hoisted our new furniture.
