Our experience at Sadler’s was excellent!!! They had an extensive selection with many different choices for what we were searching for. The staff was welcoming upon our arrival and very friendly. Randy Carter assisted us and he was very knowledgeable about every piece we were interested in. His guidance led us to our eventual choice and we left feeling very confident in the selection as well as overly excited for our new furniture!!! This was our first purchase at Sadler’s and we will certainly be going there first for any future furniture purchase. Thank you very much Randy. Erik was my sales person, would/will absolutely come back to work with him again. He kept me informed by phone of deals, and once the deal hit that I️ wanted he was super helpful to work with and informative! In-store he made a great effort to look at our room layout, listen to our preferences, and find us pieces that would fit and that we’d be happy with! The dreaded paperwork process wasn’t even that bad because he was very thorough and helpful answering questions, and super easy to talk to! I️ also appreciate the quality and plethora of choices available at Sadlers! Two very happy customers, we will be back! Josie is my go to gal! I shared w her just a few personal bits of info that I sleep on my side and my stomach and that my handsome boyfriend sleeps on his back and side. She showed me two beds in two different brands. Her and I tried a few beds and got all the details and then I brought in the boyfriend and she showed him which ones I liked. She explained all the whistles and deals and options that saddlers offers! Thank you Josie Our initial visit had us in the store for about 30-45 minutes. We browsed through every bed selection and took many photos of what we were interested in. Not a single person greeted us or asked if we required assistance. Our decision to purchase a bedroom set from this location is a result of researching online about the different products offered. We would have taken our business elsewhere if what we were looking for was available at another store. When it came time to purchase, I called into the store and a sales representative Auburn was able to assist from that point forward. Our interaction with the sales staff has been wonderful. I"m shocked and surprised that a seemingly full staffed department has difficulties communicating with walk-in clients. Customer service speaks for itself. We have yet to receive our furniture so I cannot comment on the quality of the product. The quality will determine if we continue to do business with this company. We arrived at Sadler's looking to find a matching couch and recliner for our love seat. Joel was first to greet us and was very professional, friendly and helpful. He took the time to listen and helped us find a perfect match. Joel made us feel welcomed and was very knowledgeable. Thank you Joel!
