Overall, wonderful experience. Lana assisted me every step of the way. It took multiple trips to the store over several weeks before I was ready to order living room furniture. Lana patiently worked with me and always had another suggestion or possibility to consider. She listened to me and took time to view photos. I never felt pressured and she was very knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with the selections and I’m anxious for them to arrive. The other employees were friendly and made sure I was greeted upon entering the store. Bought a couple pieces here. Lana provided excellent customer service- she asked questions to match us to the right items and was patient while we decided. She was knowledgeable about all the different options and worked out a good price. The store was clean and had many items available to try out. We're glad it's American - made furniture, with good warranty, but a little disappointed to find the frames underneath are made of engineered wood (OSB). For such high quality on the outside, we expected solid wood on the inside, with no off- gassing potential. The warehouse had our item ready in an hour and it was well - packaged for transport. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend this shop. Thanks Lana and staff! Pete did an excellent job in helping us make our decision. He is extremely Knowledgeable of his entire product line. He did not push us into any decisions but helped us look at all options. Lana was an outstanding sales associate. Our satisfaction was her #1 concern from the start. She was very sharp in sizing our needs, style, and color choices which made for a great purchase experience. Very nice, friendly staff who greet you upon entering the store. Diane Wessing was very helpful showing us different options for what we were looking for. The credit application process is fast and easy with a quick response. It was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company and its staff.
