Ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. I live in NY so I relied on reviews and the sites photos before I placed my order. Even though they didn't have the exact flowers in the photo I picked from, they called to let me know they had other flowers, same type, different color they could use. We live in NJ and our sister and brother-in-law are in Alaska at JBER. It was our niece's first birthday and I found Muffy's doing an online search. We ordered a balloon bouquet. It was a big hit and Muffy's even personalized the large balloon with the birthday girl's name and it included Happy 1st Birthday! It was not requested, they did it based on our card message. So happy and so grateful they added the extra touch to make it more personal. It meant a lot since we weren't able to be there in person! Thank you Muffy's and I would highly recommend them!
