I order flowers for my God mother every holiday from these ladies. They always do a great job. I am writing this 5 star review because they out did their selves! I was told by the ladies that received them that they were the most beautiful yet!! Thank you for always doing a great job!! Sheilla at A Special Touch is always a great person to deal with! It's clear that they take pride in their work, and they have gotten me out of the doghouse on more than one occasion. Beautiful and quick service. Thanks, Sheilla! I live in California and needed you to deliver a floral arrangement to my daughter who was having surgery that day. I am so grateful that you made her such a beautiful arrangement, and that you took the trouble to find her (as I didn't have a hospital room number to give you.) She was grateful and the picture she posted on FB was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for delivering that special "hug" from me. The best place in Anchorage for a beautiful arrangement, thoroughly impressed with the people I spoke with on the phone, their willingness to help me and the finished product. I highly recommend to anyone looking for any kind of flowers, you wont be disappointed in any way! (Only donating a star b/c I have to)DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE. They offer great prices but the cheap products make for a very cheap and unsatisying experience, unfortunately. I came into the store to meet Sheila and she was precisely the opposite of how she sounded on the phone. She discounted all of my ideas, had an unbelievably brass and negative attitude, and was very unflexible, not only with me but my family as well. She was petty and demeaning and it was very obvious that she only wants your money. We arrived at the store giddy with excitement from wedding planning and left the store feeling as if we had been punched in the face. After further research it was obvious that this place was a last resort for most anyways. I SAY AGAIN DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.
