This place goes above and beyond! I live out of state and hate that I can't take flowers out to my dads grave all the time. Not only do they arrange beautiful flowers but they take time to snap a photo and send it to me. As a daughter missing her dad on his birthday...this comforted me more than they know. They will always have my business! ❤️❤️❤️ I went there last week to get flowers for my wife's anniversary, enjoyed all of the flowers but the unhelpful Asian lady that worked there wouldn't acknowledge me and was on her phone playing a game. When I got to checking out she huffed and put her phone down briefly and then continued to immediately get back on it. Overall the flowers were amazing but I am disappointed in the lack of customer service. It's very mediocre. The staff is very friendly but the arrangements are mostly greenery and small. I only continue to order because it is so convienent. Tried calling and They answered all unprofessional and their hard drive crash and can't help me over the phone. I have tried calling for 3 days with no answer and no one will return my call. Very disappointing!
