  I had a terrible experience at this place I had a appointment at 12:30 I arrived early to turn in my vehicle. I got a call a 3:30 that they didn't even started my vehicle yet because I needed more parts which I agreed to pay which came out to almost 400$. I called pick up my vehicle at 6:15 when they told me it be another hour before there done. Terrible customer service threaten to call the cops on me because I was upset about the terrible work they did my Tv screen was hanging out. They said it was because I had wrong parts, but isn't that why your professional shop to have those parts you even called me to have more parts added. At that time you should have told me My equipment isn't right would you like me to continue. I Highly recommend not going to this place if you want terrible work done in 7 hrs go here. They were fast on getting to work on my car, installed one 12 and they were very nice and fast, I would come again This retail store and auto shop sells high end car audio equipment, auto accessories and decorative parts, and window films. I walked in looking to swap out an aftermarket stereo unit for a newer one with Bluetooth/USB - nothing fancy, just the cheapest option. Picked one off the wall and made an appointment for the same day. Total installation took about an hour and looks and works great. They also offered cheaper quality stereo options than other places if you're after the basics and not looking to spend an arm and a leg. Everytime I have brought a car in the work was perfect and to the specs I wanted tint and led interior kit. Will be back soon
