This is the worst of all the AT&T here in town. They have the worst service. Just go to a different location, don't waste your time and money here. Avoid AT&T, at this store and every other. They're not interested in actual customer service, they're just interested in separating you from your money. Can't figure out how to unlock a simple phone, and by the time they do, days later, it's the start of a new billing cycle and they charge you the full month if you leave after a few days in. These guys flat out suck. Go to GCI or ACS. The person helping me was friendly and knowledgeable. Got me all set up on my new phone without me having to do a thing. Best store in anchorage I called this store and asked about returning an Otterbox case that fell apart and her tone was rude and she talked to me like I was an inconvenience. I was in the middle of asking another question after she told me that I would have to just buy another one instead of switching it out like I was assured I could when I bought it, and she hung up on me! If I could give the Sears mall store location no stars I would. AWFUL customer service.
