I don't know much about car batteries, so 2 weeks ago when I had to replace my dead battery, I had lots of questions. Brandon, from the warehouse was so patient in answering all my questions so I understood everything. He was very courteous and promptly returned my phone calls. Becasue my battery had to be shipped to me, Brandon made all the shipping arrangements and then kept me informed of the status. Can't comment on battery since I have not used it yet, but outstanding service by Brandon. I went to this outfit for services needed twice. Both visits I experienced were above amazing. The customer service I've experienced was above and beyond professional, exceptionally timely and served like their names were written behind the service requested. This last visit I experienced brought me hope for our future generations quality services rendered to the public. Thank you Vance for your professional service in handling my repair needs. I was so very pleasantly surprised! Actually, ecstatic! I have been telling everybody about it. staff always seem a bit busy to help but main concern is i believe they are mostly young kids with what I'm sure they recieve in-house training. not the young mens fault whoever is training them is not qualified to train others let alone diagnose or explain much about this type of business himself. would not recommend unless you know what you want and know what you need already..don't rely on the advice they provide. That always have what I'm looking for wether it's hard to find lightning and LED lights in 12v on up to 120v. And they carry batteries of every kind imaginable. I stopped running around town wasting time a long time ago. And go straight to Battery + for what I need. And never been disappointed yet.
