He listens to your questions and concerns and actually answers them. Thank You, Peter. Rude. I've been in IT for 15 years and this guy insulted me with every word that came out of his mouth. Also, kept trying to get me to buy more and more stuff that I ended up not needing. I didn't actually buy anything from him just because of his attitude. Here, the customer is NEVER right. Don't bother. This business is circling the drain. After inheriting the business bookkeeping and a laptop, I learned that the computer had a rather vicious trojan. Years' worth of work would have been lost if not for Peter at Pyramid Computers. Pyramid is the first place I think of when I need computer help and they have always--without fail--delivered. They saved all my data from my destroyed Sony laptop that was sitting in the back seat when I was nearly killed by a drunk driver.
