Awesome customer service. The dealership that does my oil fiddled with my remote start and it stopped working, and then wanted me to reschedule with them for next week..... I called perfectionist on a Friday right before they closed and they said "we're a little swamped right now but bring it down after we close and we'll look at it". So i did, and they found that the dealership had put my truck in valet mode. Easy fix, but really impressed with the customer service I needed a new stereo system installed with a new (used) truck I purchased, took it over to Perfectionist and it was done perfectly. I only wish that they would answer their phones, I called throughout the day and left a voicemail hoping they'd call me back, as I had questions about the status as well as other things and none of my phone calls were answered or returned. And so I finally showed up at the end of the day hoping my truck was done, turns out it had been for awhile. And while I was in there, the phone rang constantly, without anyone picking it up. As far as the guys in the back, I had no issues and would like to come back. Got my auto start done couple days ago and my appointment was for 9AM for drop off and I got a phone call saying my car was ready @ 1PM. Literally was expecting them to take all day with my car and they didn't love love love their professional services and will do business with them again as well recommend them to others. THANK YOU PERFECTIONIST ;) My experience has always been great and this time was no different. Thank you Perfectionist Auto for your top notch service!! I had a horrible experience here!! I bought a car from lithia who partners with them! When they installed my auto start it worked for about a week, then it stopped. When I brought it back they said every now and then I’d have to pop the hood and wiggle the device( that was normal). I said screw it and haven’t used it since I shouldn’t have to pop my hood and mess with a device to start it. What’s worse is they refuse to own up and fix it I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends or family!
