Staff are not properly trained on the shipping counters. I've waiting 30mins on several occasions to ship stuff because of lines and only one member of staff 'available' It kind feels cluttered when you walk in, but the employees are very nice and helpful The guys at their print shop are so helpful! The manager Bill is very helpful and the items I need for my office are almost always in stock, no running around needed. Nice customer service. Knowledgeable.
