Good customer service can make or break a business, and you get nothing but the best here. Ive been buying boots here since I got my first job and everytime I go in for a new pair Pete goes out of his way to make sure they are going to be the right boots I need for the job and that they are going to fit properly overtime. The store manager was amazing. He took his time and measured my husband's foot and made helpful suggestions. It was a very pleasant experience overall great customer service is hard to come by these days. The gentleman here knows his stuff and stands by the product he is selling. He recently did me a solid letting me return some boots he didn't have to but did anyways. I've bought 3 pair of boots here over the last 10 years and I still wear them all Very knowledgeable, and great customer service. This store is worth 6 stars, I have never met someone who cared so much about finding a true fitting shoe. Good shoes arnt cheap, but these will last year's so it's well worth it.
