So this was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I was super nervous. Allie, one of the ladies that worked there, was amazinggg. She works so hard and made me feel SO good about everything! She was so helpful and so was her manager. If I needed anything they would find it so quick and were so pleasant. I had a great experience here. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Even with everyone (9 people) that came with me- David’s Bridal was great at handling it all! Plus my soon to be wedding dress is perfect:) I’m so glad I went there and so glad Allie helped me out! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a first time bride shopper. I’m so glad I found the dress there- and they have deals on alterations! You can’t beat coming here. They have great prices and are so friendly. It feels SO good to get my dress and cross that off the list. Definitely make an appointment with David’s Bridal! I made an appointment about 2 months in advance! I was so stressed and nervous that I wasn't gonna find anything I loved in my price range. So I came in about a week early just because I didn't wanna be disappointed when I came in the day of. Well the lady who was supposed to be there for my appointment no longer worked there and I had no idea.. I was freaking out internally but then Jasmine S. was super awesome and said she would do it for me. She was so helpful and gave me so many options! I loved working with her! Got a dress somewhere else. Went into the store a few weeks ago to get an alterations appointment and told the lady I got the dress somewhere else because I wasn’t sure if David’s Bridal did alterations on other dresses. She said okay and booked me for today at 1pm. I took the time to go there and was turned down after they already took my wedding dress out back because it’s not a dress from them. My time was waisted when I could have gone somewhere else. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish! I have shopped at many high end bridal boutiques for wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses over the years and I was pleasantly surprised at what a fantastic experience I had. Every associate I dealt with from picking out the dress, ordering, and alterations were amazing! The alterations look so good and I couldn't be more pleased! Came in with a friend to find her wedding dress and everyone was really helpful and caring! Even though they were busy they made sure she was well taken care of, happy, and made her feel special. We were very pleased with our service and we found her dress the same day!
