The Food tastes Good, but it's not a taste of True Korean Cuisine. When we entered, the waiter kindly greeted us and escorted us to a table. The prices of the food were set at an average price. Since not a lot of people were there, the food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered Cod Egg Stew, which is a widely favored seafood dish in Korea. The soup tasted kind of salty, and there were very few actual Cod eggs. My brother, who also came along ordered a spicy seafood rice dish. He told me that is was extremely salty and there wasn't even much rice to cover for the saltiness. Overall good restaurant, but next time I'll look for a different one. This place is great! Spent a week in Anchorage for work and ate here twice. I live in Montana, in a town with not too many dining choices (especially not outside of the big fast food chains). I am Korean and had to hit this spot up early in the week because, it had been so long since I had good Korean food outside of what I make myself (any Asian food really). I was so pleased with my meal, I had to go back again before heading back home. All the flavors were spot on from the sides, to the pork bulgolgi, to the yukgaejang (spicy beef and noodle soup). The service was good, too. Good process and good portion sizes. Food and service could be better Food consistency needs work. Sometimes it's good sometimes not so much. Mostly Korean food here with the usual Americanized Chinese food you'd expect. Nothing special here but the food is okay. Service is a little slow - usually just one waitress on staff. Lunch specials are a pretty good value as they serve traditionalish Korean appetizers with most lunch orders.
