The Burger King at northway is absolutely terrible they NEVER Get my order right even when the counter person specifically tells the cooks about my special order food is usually cold and old fries most of the crew including both managers are incredibly rude and immature they have no idea what customer service is. This has been an on going for awhile now I keep going back because if I actually get the food right and hot it's good burger king is the ONLY fast food restaurant that I like and I can't afford to go all the across town to go to the dimond store I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years now I really hope that somebody might actually pay attention to this and do something about it Thank you I have had horrible service at most Burger locations but not here. Every time I come here the staff is so nice and happy and actually seem like they care about what they do. and a huge plus....My food i ALWAYS what i ordered. Monthly coupons you get in your mail are worth keeping and using. Food quality is consistent and workers are friendly inside and at the drive through. Possibly the quickest drive through service in Anchorage. The most consistently horrible crew of any BK I've ever visited. Rude staff. Making jokes amongst themselves and ignoring customers. I stopped in to good then one...more..try just for the new Lucky Charms shake. I stood in the lobby, no lines or customers ahead of me and I was ignored. Made eye contact with six employees but none said a word to me. I left without the stupid shake. Screw this BK location and it's rude staff and poor management. It would be nice if management would fully train workers at this location to put ketchup in to go orders. It's not just here though. I've noticed similar issues with fast food spots across the East side of Anchorage in general.
