Long time Anchorage establishment. Still my choice for best Chinese food in Anchorage. Large menu selection. Full bar service to the dining room. Bar separated from the dining room for more family friendly environment. Kareoke in bar for later evening entertainment. Dining room showing its age and could use some rehab. Service is always friendly and expedient. Thumbs up, hot tea and and egg drop soup was really good. Egg rolls best I have had, dinner #3 fried shrimp, sweet and sour pork, subgum chicken and pork fried rice, all good, but I prefer the dark red sweet and sour sauce. Waitress was super nice. Will return! I ordered a number one for take out. Which comes with the soup of the day, sweet and sour pork, pork chow mein, and pork fried rice.... I didn't check to make sure it was all there at the restaurant but I looked when I got home. There was no soup or chow mein. I called and after explaining what had happened the lady on the other end she told me that you have to ask for soup and that I didn't know what chow mein was and it was there.... I want me money back.... Average Chinese style food. Sesame chicken ok, pot stickers good, egg plant dish not so good...good service. Would try again, but not eggplant. Awesome place! Staff is great and food is amazing!
