On this particular evening I had the BEST customer service one could ask for as well as the customers ahead of me and the customers who had followed behind me. This was by a lovely lady who had already put in 12 out of her 16 hour workday. (She happened to be pulling a double) Bravo! Good food. Super fast and really nice staff. Very good prices. If you are tired of expensive Anchorage eating and just want a quick fix, this is a good option. The staff is horribly slow at everything they do. It took 30 minutes to get a 4 piece and a side, and they weren't even busy. Management has no caring for how they are imaging themselves or how poor service and an overall dirty restaurant will be perceived by the customer. They sell their iced tea by the gallon. A woman wanted to purchase this and they tried to charge her an additional $2.25 for each cup she asked for. Plus, this southern style, Cajun chicken restaurant didn't even have hot sauce. Are you kidding me. We LOVE Popeye's!! It's always been the only place we get fried chicken from. This location is very clean and organized. Just ask for the key if you need to use the restroom. Service was reasonably fast and completely accurate.
