This is the best Pho place in town. Where other places seem to take forever and have unfriendly staff, Pho Vietnam has a warm environment with kind, helpful, hardworking employees. It is typically less than 3 minutes from when I walk into the restaurant to when my Pho arrives, and this is what keeps me coming back at least 3x per week, I'm a busy guy. The food is also delicious. I recommend it to anyone. Love the food, I work close so I eat here often. I have plenty of other options around but Pho Vietnam is soo good, I eat here more than anywhere else in midtown. Excellent pho, the vermicelli combo was great as well. They have a huge selection of Vietnamese and Thai food. Huge portions!!! Alaska prices, not surprising considering that it’s in Alaska. This business actually has 4 locations. I love their currys. So delicious! Very poor customers service! I walked in this place for the first time today, after being at the table the guy behind the counter asked me if I'm ready to order I need to grab a menu, mean while everyone else was being seated and given a menu,( that felt weird but I tried to ignore it so I went for my menu)a young lady brought me a glass of water and asked me if I'm eating here to what I replied yes, 5min after browsing the menu the same guy yellls at me from behind the counter if I'm ready to order? So I get up go place my order and by the time I got back to the table the waitress had taken my water back and give it to another people in a near by table. I then waived at her and asked why she took my cup of water away? She replied oh so you want water? At this point I was just thinking about getting a refund and leaving the place but a few minutes later I was called from up front and my order was ready it was all wrapped to go! I was so pissed and disappointed, just grabbed the food and left. You would think that after messing up like that they will try to at least make it right at the end but they obviously don't care about customer service.
