Old time diner with a diner menu. My eggs were cooked perfectly and my special nutritional needs weren't an issue. The staff was warm and inviting. Now I understand why Peggy's has been an Anchorage landmark for so many years. Good service. Good food. Owners make you feel like you are part of the family. Ambiance makes you feel like you are eating at home. Pretty standard diner food. They don't use a lot of salt, which is nice. Good place to go with older people. Great food, friendly service and great prices. Fantastic, "Cheers", like atmosphere, with stellar food & service!
