This was my first time getting Korean food in Alaska and I was definitely not disappointed with the food. As usual Korean food is a tad bit pricier if compared to other types of Asian food. I’ve been to the many koreatowns around LA, NYC and such and this tasted as authentic as those. The service was very good and quick, and restroom was clean I ordered the grilled Mackerel. They took the entire fish, sliced it in half and grilled it to perfection! Along with that they gave me 8 small dishes of kimchi, seaweed, fresh veggies, white rice and hot tea etc. it was absolutely delicious! The service was amazing and the price was exceptional! A great Korean restaurant in Anchorage. Service is very friendly and portions are generous. The owner really makes you feel welcome and that she values your business. Great food with even better service. Feom start to finish we were catered to and made to feel welcome. The food was amazing and they weren't stingy with the side dishes. We used to go to Home Town Resturaunt but the service was poor. We're glad we found this place and we look forward to coming back! ordered to go, in a rush, i did not look into what they packed for my lunch special bento. when opened up, found out half the meat is gone and no veggie, all i had was half a box of food. one scoop rice, one small scoop of bulgogi. korean bbq may run small on dishes, but this one just didn't even bother giving me half my lunch. avg price per lunch item was $8-10, so not necessarily cheap either. (this special lunch was $11.99, where they charged me $12) and i still left a tip of $1.50 as a courtesy, but i will not be back.
