I love the staff here. I used to go with my boyfriend before he deployed, and after not showing up for a while they still remembered me when I showed up with just my son. Even remembered that my boyfriend was in the military. Great staff, great service, great food Love this place. Brent is the best AM server and Erin is the best PM one. Highly recommended and I was an IHOP corporate trainer for 9 years so you know it is good service!! Great food, cozy enviorment, and absolutely amazing customer service. The waiters and waitresses have the most kind and enjoyable character and are probably the best I've seen in 4 years! I wish we had such welcoming souls back in the Bay Area. Erin the waitress is never pleasing when I am there. I’ve had her three times now. She knows I am a military family and every time I order her response “I don’t think your pay grade will handle this”. Well it sure as hell does. She never gives refills. You have to find her to get anything. When she comes to the table she only looks at the male and asks if anything is needed rather than the whole table. Poor service from her. Delicious! Hmmm and huge portion. Be careful:) yummy in my tummy.
