Visited DQ Grill & Chill on my lunch today about 2:30pm there was a small misunderstanding with my order and a team member forgot to charge me $0.69. General Manager Annissa, would not honor the discount I accidentally received last which is understandable. But during our conversation about it she laughed at me and was completely unprofessional. She refused to let me talk to the other manager and refused to give me contact info for her boss, not even an email. She allowed her employee be rude to me as well and laugh at me. The other General Manager who happened to be there that Annissa wouldn't let me speak to came to the window and was very kind and apologetic. Never-the-less as a regular customer, I should not have to have spent over 10 min arguing with somebody who should have been able to handle it. It is clear that Annissa is not fit for her position and is not training or correcting her employees as a general manager should. I am no longer a customer to dairy queen and will never buy any more food from them again just because of that incident. Tried to go through the drive-through last week and the drive through headsets we're not working. No sign or nothing so I drove around and was told by the young lady at the window that they were not working. She took my order and it was good. Tried again today and again no answer at the drive-through speaker. Assuming the headsets were still not working I drove around to the window. A young lady comes over and unlock the window and says that they are not open because they don't have a manager there. 4-5 employees there from what I could tell. There was a supply truck in the back and no manager to sell to the customers. it just seems like this store is not being run very well. Usually pretty good for a fast food place, but this time I ordered the chicken strips basket and was very disappointed. The "strips" were more like nuggets in size. If you're looking for a burger and shake then you'll find it here. You'll find plenty of desserts here and different types of hamburgers. The service is slow, so please don't be in a hurry. The food tastes good, but I think it's the desserts that give DQ a reputation. Went to try one of the new blizzards. I actually got 2 for my wife and I. First blizzard was flipped upside down 2nd wasn't. By the time i got to C st they were already melted enough to get all over my car. When i got home (which is off Boniface) they were completely melted. How about asking if the customer wants a lid of some sort? Won't go back unless dinning in. They did have somewhat fast service
