I have only been to this location a few times because it seems difficult for them to find capable employees. This isn't all the employees, just a few, but the few made a big difference to me. What restaurant have cameras display almost everywhere in & out of their store but cannot help me identify who used my credit card or disputed the charges that weren't authorized by me ! Smh ..the manager or whoever I spoke with clearly confuse me with his accent & had to tell me " they can't view yesterday footage because it won't let them ...ok , guys void abbott locations cause if you lost anything inside or out the drive thru .. they will tell you no good ! Food always hot fresh and sales preason always helps in getting me a better deal clean and friendly. Unhappy with shakes. The meals I ordered were done swiftly but then I had to ask if there was a problem getting shakes. Well, there was. I pretty much paid a very high price for chocolate milk. I also bought the fish sandwiches- thin piece of fish- nothing to write home about. Ordered the breakfast burger from the drive through and they had to make more hashbrown, no worries 220 in the afternoon I'm on lunch I think. I get my burger 5 minutes later not only is it cold there is no egg. I go inside to get replaced. The guy at the counter shouts it out. I see the gentleman who brought my burger out start to make it again. First problem I see is the other girl working the line throw over what appears to be a broke half piece of egg onto the other side of the counter for him which he then pieces onto my sandwich he gets about halfway through realizes he doesn't have enough and asks if I want my whole sandwich or a sandwich with less hassbrowns. Being a reasonable person I want what i pay for. So he makes more hasbrown and sticks my burger in a cubby near the line somewhere. Finally after about 10-15 minutes inside now I get my burger. Guess what? I have 3 of the most pathetic crumbles of egg on it and it's cold. Would never recommend this location to anyone.
