Amazing service. Service men worked 2 days to solved the problem and we were not charged overtime or call out when they CHOOSE to complete the job on a Sunday for us. Office staff kept us posted on all the progress that was going on. Would recommend them again and again. Most excellent. They were able to snake my drain and unclog it with the greatest of ease. Also, they were very timely with their service. They were prompt, courteous, and did what they said they would do. Professional. Anthony from roto rooter, was in my unit yesterday in christmas day. He had to show up because the upstairs units restroom functions were coming up my toilet and tub drains. He had to snake the pipe he said "70 feet out. He told my land lady that the clog was definitively from our unit, when we woke up to the mess, but ZERO issues the previous day and woke up to the mess. He pulled out an obscene amount of paper towels he said. And told the land lady that we flushed them. The fact that they had someone to send on christmas was great, and his demeanor was great, But the fact that my family is being hit with the over $500 bill is outrageous! We have never flushed paper towels, or anything other than what is ok to flush. Never in my life! WTF! I called this company for a toilet clog. The technician refused to take off his street tennis shoes when entering the apartment, used a snake down the toilet which he then tried to carry dripping through the living room, and worst of all, did not solve the problem. For this is was charged $172. This business makes it almost impossible to contact anyone except their dispatcher. Customer complaints are ignored. I have used many good plumbers in Anchorage - but these guys provided a very bad experience.
