I came home from the airport to discover my heat wasn't working. They dispatched a technician that evening. Through no fault of the technician it took a couple of days to complete the repair but both technicians that worked my problem were courteous and professional. Michelle is, also, very profession, efficient and pleasant to work with. I will definitely recommend AP&H for heating problems. Anchorage Plumbing & Heating has been working on our furnace for 13 years and we won't use anyone else. They get the job done, and we have never had a problem with their work. Today, we woke up with no heat and on a busy day, they were out there same day and got our issue fixed. Thank you! On May 12, 2017 I had the wonderful pleasure of having Will, the technician from Anchorage Plumbing and Heating come to my home and replace the faucet in my kitchen sink. Will was incredibly professional, patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything to me. I suffer with a Trumatic brain injury and sometimes find it difficult dealing with people because they are very impatient with me. Will was not anything like that. I will hire Will again in the future for any plumbing and heating needs I have and I would highly recommend him for any work you may need. I must have gotten the worst tech at this company, because I can not for the life of me figure out how Anchorage Plumbing and Heating has such high ratings. I've lived in my house for 2 years - have never had a problem with my heat until about a week ago. My heat has been wildly inconsistent, fluctuating between 59 and 70 degrees throughout the day. Every morning the temperature has been under 65 even though my thermostat is still set to 70. Bought a brand new thermostat and replaced the old one, but had the exact same problem. So, I call APH because they had great reviews. I spent $135 for a condescending tech to tell me there was nothing wrong with my heat and I must just not know how to work my thermostat, and then I over hear him talking to his boss saying I'm the type who just won't ever be satisfied. Worst service I've ever received. I will never use them again and I definitely do not recommend them. Despite my having the extra Saturday call out time expense, I was pleased with Will's consultation regarding the boiler leak. He was courteous and patient with educating what would be required. Based on this service call, I would recommend this company to others.
